SYSTEMS CONTRACTOR NEWS INCREASES ITS INDUSTRY MARKET SHARE LEAD
NEW YORK, NY (February 3, 2009) -- NewBay Media's Systems Group has announced that Systems Contractor News has increased its advertising market share lead over the three other industry publications by 3% to 38%. Systems Contractor News, which has lead the industry in market share since 1998, grew its pages by 5%, while the other three titles experienced annual declines."Systems Contractor News' growth not only demonstrates the strength of the commercial AV industry, but also a flight to quality by industry marketers," states Adam Goldstein, VP/Group Publishing Director, NewBay Media's Systems Group. In addition to leading the commercial AV industry, the NewBay Media Systems Group showed its support in all areas in the installation market with completely redesigned websites and the launching of two titles for the global market -- Systems Contractor News Asia and Residential Systems International -- as well as the launch of AV Technology, which answered the industry's need to reach technology managers and end users, and the increased frequency of Digital Signage Magazine.
NewBay Media also increased the number of Rental & Staging Roadshows they hold each year, adding Orlando and Chicago to the list of cities it visits, which included New York City and Burbank.
