NEW YORK, NY (January 13, 2012) -- NewBay Media LLC (“NewBay”) announced today that it has acquired the US Music Division, including Guitar World, Revolver, and Guitar Aficionado, from Future US, Inc, the San Francisco-based subsidiary of Future plc.
